The first two digits are about the maximum cover in physical lesions per person, per accident (in thousands).

The next two digits are about the maximum coverage in physical lesion per accident (in thousands).

If you are not interested in Double Interest quote, you don't have to include the name of the financial institution in the 'creditor' field, neither the financing term of you vehicle.

You will need to fill the personal information part for each one of the persons that are going to drive the vehicle. You will have to specify who is the main driver for that vehicle. You won't have to fill the car's specs part if you are applying for the same vehicle.
