To help you in this emergencies, Royal & SunAlliance had created a plan that offers you assistance when you or one in your family have a mechanical problem or when they travel outside of Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico Coverage

• Vehicle Towing
  Up to $2,000, without occurrence limit.
  
  
• Vehicle Extraction
  Up to $125, without occurrence limit.
  
  
• Transportation
  For the insured person, the vehicle, or to pick up the car after repair is done. Without occurrence limit.

• Locksmith
  To get the key locked inside the car. Up to $49 without occurrence limit.
  
  
• Tire Change
  Without Occurrence limit.
  
  
• Gas
  Up to a gallon (3.8 liters) without Occurrence limit.
  
  
• Starting Engines in case of battery drain
  Using Jumper Cables

If you are far from home...

• Hotel stay and insured transportation because of immobilized vehicle or vehicle theft $90 per day per insured up to $270
  
  
• Auto rental up to $300 per 96 rented hours

Outside Puerto Rico Coverage

• Luggage and personal objects localization
  
  
• Luggage loss compensation up to $100
  
  
• Medical Assistance up to $600 per insured and hotel stay  extension ($50 per day up to $500) because of injury or insured person's sickness
  
  
• Drugs shipping - without occurrence limit
  
  
• Foreign Legal Services (legal defense up to $10,000, fines in legal procedures up to $1,500 and for provisional liberty,  up to $5,000 in advance in loan term payable in three months
